Who runs this site
Pretty Smart Prompts is run by Dani Furmenek through NOVA Brandworks. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
The guide form
When you submit the form, I store the name and email address you enter, the time of signup, which form or link brought you here, and whether you ticked the optional newsletter box. The guide then opens in your browser. If you leave the box unchecked, I won't use your guide signup for recurring email.
Older signup records may also contain approximate country, browser user-agent information, and a separate field-notes preference collected by an earlier version of the form. That preference does not sign you up for The Prompt Play.
The Prompt Play newsletter
If you tick the newsletter box, I save that choice so I can send you The Prompt Play when it launches. The newsletter isn't running on Substack yet, and no signup records have been imported there. When it launches, I'll import only records with an affirmative choice. Substack will send the emails, has its own privacy policy, and includes an unsubscribe link in each email.
Analytics and site technology
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request information needed to serve and protect it. Signup records are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may contact Google to retrieve them.
Google Analytics is optional. It loads only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the site notice. It helps me understand page visits and guide signups and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. You can change it using in the footer. If you decline, the site and guide still work.
How I use and share information
I use signup information to record guide access and handle questions or requests about it. If you email me, I use your message to reply. I don't sell signup information. Cloudflare handles hosting and storage; Google receives analytics data only when you allow analytics. Links to other sites, including social profiles and GitHub, have their own privacy practices.
How long I keep it
New guide signup records expire 24 months after your most recent signup. Some earlier records don't yet have automatic expiration; I'll move them to the same 24-month schedule. You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your record sooner at any time. I may keep information when needed to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics and still use the site. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Send requests to [email protected]. I may need to verify that the request concerns your own information.
Changes
I'll update this page if my practices change. Last updated October 18, 2026.
